Kay Godwin, Okaloosa County’s Human Resources director, will present the May program. She is a native of Okaloosa County and currently holds a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources and a Master of Public Administration from Troy State University. She has worked for Okaloosa County in the Human Resources Department for 26 years, has served as director since 2005 and is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources
(SPHR).

She is a member of the Emerald Coast Chapter of Society for Human Resources Management
(SHRM), American Society for Training and Development (ASTD), as well as a member of the Florida Public Personnel Association and World at Work, the leading professional association for the study of compensation. Locally, she is a mentor with Take Stock in Children, Okaloosa Public Schools Foundation.

Activities
Members are asked to bring door prizes for
the meeting. Members wearing their ECPRO pins will be eligible to win a free lunch for a guest. A 50/50 drawing will be held.
