Ms. Parker is the owner of “Success with Desley”. She is a professionally certified success coach, inspired consultant, seminar facilitator and speaker with over 25 years of experience in management, leadership, human resources and training. Desley has worked with executive level personnel and successfully lead teams on multi-million dollar projects at the national and international level.

Desley is a retired U.S. Navy commander, and her duties included serving as an instructor to serving on the major staffs of the Chief of Naval Operations, the Secretary of the Navy, and the Secretary of Defense. As a Program Manager working with multiple contractors and service branches, Desley oversaw many multi-million dollar projects that started as concepts in the study stage through to implementation in the field. Desley possesses degrees in English, International Studies, as well as Strategic Planning and Decision Making as well as several professional coaching certifications.
